1. What Control Panel do you use?Web-Hosting4u utilizes cPanel for our Control Panel. cPanel is an industry leader in web hosting control panels. Resellers will utilized the Web Host Manager (WHM) and cPanel. WHM is part of cPanel for managing your reseller accounts.
2. Do you offera a Money Back Guarantee?Yes! Web-Hosting4u offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Web-Hosting4u accounts. Domain names are not included in the money back guarantee. If Web-Hosting4u registers your domain name, you will have this domain for the duration of your registration period. Your domain name comes with a mangement interface and you will have full control of your domain to move to another hosting provider.
3. How do I sign up for an account?To sign up for an account with Web-Hosting4u, visit our Services page. Here you will find a link to each of our on-line sign up forms. If you wish to become a reseller, please visit our Reseller Center.
4. When does my account become active?If you are transferring your domain name to Web-Hosting4u, generally your account will become active the same day. If payment is not received within 30 days, per our Terms of Service your account is subject to suspension. If Web-Hosting4u is registering your domain name and you are paying by offline check, your account will not become active until payment is received. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.
5. How much does it cost to register/transfer a domain name?Web-Hosting4u is an Authorized Tucows Reseller of Domain Names, We offer domain name registration/transfers for $12.00 a year. The cost of domain registration/transfer is non-refundable.
6. I want to setup an on-line store, is this possible?Web-Hosting4u through cPanel offers four types of On-Line Stores to create your E-Commerce website. While Web-Hosting4u can help get you started, we do not support the third party software. Support can be provided through the 3rd Party websites. Our On-Line shoppng carts are Agora Shopping Cart, OS Commerce, CubeCart, and ZenCart.
7. What kind of support does Web-Hosting4u offer me as a customer?Web-Hosting4u offers support via our On-Line Member Center. This system is monitored 24 hours a day by our specialists who will respond to you request in the order it was received. We also provide a toll free number for sales and support, (866) 660-3008. Office hours are M-F Noon to 8pm EST. Web-Hosiing4u supports the network and general functionality of cPanel/WHM. We are not responsible for 3rd party software.
8. What Methods of Payment do you accept?We accept and prefer PayPal. You may make credit card payments with PayPal. We also accept Check and Money Orders. *If paying by check, your domain name will not be registered until payment is received. Web-Hosting4u cannot guarantee your domain name until payment has been received.
9. What is your past due policy?Web-Hosting4u adheres to a strict 3 day past due policy, meaning, if your account becomes delinquent by 3 days, we will suspend your account until payment is received. In most cases you will receive an e-mail or telephone call with a final notice to suspension.
Account subject to a reconnection fee.10. What billing cycles do you offer?Web-Hosting4u offers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payment cycles. All accounts are due on the 5th of the month that payment is due. Invoices are automatically generated on the 21st of each month and sent via e-mail. When signing up for a new account, you will be charged a pro-rated amount to the 5th of the first full month.
